Fitt Camp - is a functional training class designed for losing body fat, and enhancing your physical conditioning. Very much like a P.E class, utilizing total body exercises to burn the most amount of calories in the least amount of time. There is no wasted movement or rest in Fit Camp. Equipment used: kettlebells, dumbbells, plyo boxes, ropes, bands, bosu balance trainers, ballast balls, functional fitness cage, and much more. Fitness camp is a high intensity class, circuit style format with little rest to increase metabolic rate, functional strength, and endurance. IronFit - provides a strength and conditioning program that focuses on constantly varied
functional movements performed at high intensity. IronFit provides fitness that is broad, general, and inclusive and
does not specialize. The goal of IronFit is to optimize competence in the following general physical skills:
- Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance
- Stamina
- Strength
- Flexibility
- Power
- Speed
- Coordination
- Agility
- Balance
- Accuracy
This is accomplished by using various techniques, such as, olympic lifting, gymnastics,
power lifting, plyometics, and everything in between.
Classes run in 12 session blocks. Class times 5:00am 10:00am and 5:30pm. Call club for details on session
