Group Fitness Classes

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Utilizing Bosu balance trainers, ballast balls, and the latest in functional fitness and training techniques. This comprehensive class offers guidance and a variety of mat, ballast ball, and Bosu ball exercises. Beginners to advanced exercisers welcome.
Group personal training class that consists of interval training, plyometrics, agility, functional strength, and FUN!! Super-efficient HIIT is the ideal workout for a busy schedule—whether you want to squeeze in a workout before or after work or to get in shape for a fast-approaching event.
- "Revive" Women's only group training - Being a woman in a gym can be uncomfortable, intimidating, and for some...downright scary, but here at Fitness Experience we are here to change all of that. In Revive women's training, we empower you to be confident with exercise. This small group training encompasses a minimum of 25 minutes of cardiovascular interval training and 20-25 minutes of full body resistance training. Revive comes with meal plans, stress management techniques, and education on how to live a healthy life. These classes take place in our group training area next to the main gym floor, so that you can become familiar and get comfortable exercising in any environment. Don't let intimidation get the best of you anymore ladies, our gym is for everyone! This is a very popular class with great results!

Zumba - One of a kind dance fitness program that combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. This class is included in every membership.

- FITT Camp - Group personal training that consists of interval training, plyometrics, agility and functional strength and fun! Not only do you burn more calories during a HIIT workout, but the effect of all that intense exertion kicks your body's repair cycle into hyperdrive. That means you burn more fat and calories in the 24 hours after a HIIT workout than you do after, say, a steady-pace run. Research shows you can achieve more progress in a mere 15 minutes of interval training than someone jogging on the treadmill for an hour.
CrossFit - A training program that builds strength and conditioning through constantly varied workouts. Each day, the workout (aka WOD) will focus on a different part of your functional strength and/or conditioning, with the goal of building a body that is capable of practically anything and everything. Our well educated trainers pride themselves on tailoring your workout to your needs; taking into consideration previous injuries, current fitness level, your goals, where any workout can be "scaled" or adjusted, making CrossFit for everyone of all shapes, sizes, ages, and athletic ability.
Barbell Club- Focused on the Olympic Weightlifting movements, the Snatch and Clean & Jerk and the variations of those movements. Barbell Club is a challenging but rewarding class, that will get you stronger, build better body composition, improve athleticism, and body control. Our well educated and experienced coach will take you step by step in learning the movements so you can reach your full potential no matter your age or previous experience.
SilverSneakers® Classic - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activities for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SilverSneakers® Circuit - Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.
A.G.E. Class - Designed to help you age gracefully by improving your balance, core stability and endurance; it involves a regimen focused on strength and stretching.
